Choose from more than 30 guaranteed in-stock items for our 24-Hour Rush Program or whenever you see    next to an item on our site.  Simply place your order subject to our guidelines below and we ship it out the next business day at no extra charge.

 

• All 24 Hour Rush Orders shall be submitted through [email protected], 24 Hour Rush orders send to us via fax or other email addresses may be delayed.
• Only products with the 24 hour rush icon are applicable.
• Orders must be submitted by 12pm EST for next day shipment.
• Order must have 24 Hour Rush and the required in-hands date clearly highlighted on the order email subject line.
• Order must be 100% complete with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color and shipping instructions.  Any incomplete information will delay the rush services.
• 24 Hour Rush orders are limited to a one sided, 1-color / 1-position imprint or 1-position laser imprint.
• Maximum Quantities:
  • Drinkware: 1,000 pcs
  • Writing Instruments: EQP
  • Bags and Padfolios: 250pcs
• Minimum of 1st Column.
• Paper proof will not be provided for approval.  Art must be sent to size and clearly noted in the PO or it will be sized to optimize the imprint area of the product.
• Complete artwork must be sent in vector format.  Typesetting and art changes will delay shipment.
• For new customers, a credit card number must be included on the PO or called in for prepayment.  For returning customers, the account must be in good credit standing.
• Split shipments is note allowed.
• Orders must ship via UPS or FedEx..
• After hours contact information requested on PO in case the factory has further production questions after customer’s business hours.
• Your order will be confirmed within 2 hours of reciept by phone or e-mail.
