What is your return policy?

Blank samples are returnable for credit (shipping excluded) if it is in its original packaging with all accessories, in working condition, and within 30 days of purchase. Random imprinted samples are non-refundable. For all other orders, customer must receive prior authorization from the factory. Please call us.
