I want a blank or random sample, what is your sample policy?

Blank samples are billed at end column pricing and can be returned for credit if it is in its original packaging with all accessories, in working condition, and within 30 days of purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping. Random imprinted samples are available by request only and are offered free of charge, up to $10 in value, when a shipping account number is provided. Random imprinted items are non-refundable.
